The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Use Of Site

  • All BEC pieces are handmade by the artist, Beth Elaine Coiner. BEC’s design process is lost wax casting. Designs are handcarved in wax and cast in metal. Slight variation may occur due to the nature of handmade. All silver is finished with a blackened finish with the exception of rings and bracelets or otherwise noted. Other metals used are 14K yellow, peach, white or rose gold and bronze. Substitutions and custom orders will be considered upon request.

     

    Payment

    Customer purchases are accepted thru PayPal. Purchases can be made also by check, but the customer must make arrangements with the designer. Bank transfers are accepted, but subject to additional fees. Payments for custom designs will be arranged directly with client and designer.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders via UPS/FEDEX Ground and/or Priority Mail Flat Rate with full insurance. Shipping costs are included in orders unless otherwise noted. Custom orders may require higher insurance rates and shipping costs. Expedited shipping arrangements can be made according to customer and will be billed to the customer. International quotes will be given per request. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

    Delivery time for orders of in stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 days of purchase. Orders placed not in stock with the exception of custom orders range 2-6 weeks depending on season and size of order. Designer will contact the customer for delivery dates for out of stock items.



  • Sales Tax

  • Orders placed in NY State are subject to 8.875% sales tax. No sales tax is applied to purchases delivered outside of NYS including international purchases.



  • Warranties

  • Repairs on items that are not subject to rough wear or lost/stolen are repaired free of charge. Repair quotes for rough wear or replacement will be given upon request.



  • Return Policy

  • Returns on unworn purchases within 3 business days are accepted for a full refund. Return requests of 10 days are for credit only. Returned items are shipped fully insured and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
